We ask that if in the first hour
of the move you observe the movers not performing efficiently you notify
our office so corrective action can be taken.

There is a 4 hour minimum charge
on all moves.
-
This consists of three hours
labor and a 1 hour travel charge.

The clock starts when the movers
arrive at the origin and stops when all services are completed.

If the time exceeds the minimum
you will be billed in 15 minute increments above the minimum.

Anything you can do to speed
up the move will result in a lower cost. This could include breaking down
and setting up beds, breaking down and setting up any two piece furniture
items, or removing mirrors from dressers.

We cannot disconnect or reconnect
washers, dryers, stoves, lamps, stereos or computers.
-
All dressers, night stands, end
and coffee tables, desks and other items that may be marred are wrapped
in padding during the move.
-
OSHA regulations do not allow
the men to work in crawl spaces or attics where the men cannot stand upright
so please have all items removed from these areas before the crew arrives.

To lock in a moving date an advance
non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated move time will be requested.
-
This amount will be subtracted
from the total bill at the end of the move.

It will be your responsibility
to keep track of time and decide how long to let the men load the van,
leaving time to travel to the destination and unload.
